Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you deliver?
Only inside the borders of South Africa, and only to a physical address. Make sure you provide sufficient address details, i.e., estate name, stand number, complex name and number, etc. If there is security at gates, make sure they are aware of your delivery.
Can I order from outside of South Africa?
If you want to place an order for delivery outside South Africa, contact info@ultimateyouth.co.za to arrange a quote.
Is there a minimum order amount?
R200
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address from us.
Can I split a delivery?
No, deliveries cannot be split. A separate order should be placed per address.
What do I do if incorrect items were delivered?
Please email us at info@ultimateyouth.co.za within 3 days of receipt of goods. Arrangements will be made to correct the order.
I was not available to accept the delivery. How do I get my parcel?
To avoid extra courier costs, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery during working hours. The courier will send a delivery time slot and day beforehand.
